The Mother Tree Project and Program is part of the Mother Tree Collective, which also includes the Mother Tree Network Society.
The primary platform within the Mother Tree Collective, the Mother Tree Project and Program (MTPP) is housed within the University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Forestry and Environmental Sciences. It leads education and training, research, partnerships and collaboration as well as manages grants and donations.
The Mother Tree Network Society (MTNS) is an independent, non-profit branch of the Mother Tree Collective that supports all initiatives outside of the MTPP- university focus.
Together, MTPP and MTNS share a common vision and mission and collaborate on certain initiatives.
